In an emergency, patients can also receive care at the Arzthaus without prior appointment. In this case, they report directly to reception (“walk-in”). Terminvergabe unkompliziert, keine Wartezeit, Schnelltest wurde nach sachlicher Aufklärung gut und korrekt durchgeführt. Besonders hilfreich empfand ich den ''Countdown bis 10''. Ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben.

My appointment started at the exact scheduled time and I did not have to wait. The nurses and the doctor were very friendly and competent. The practice was opened in January of this year just next to Bahnhof Enge and felt welcoming.
