As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work. Due to ceiling and flor being of hard material and large windows the noise level is becoming difficult to handle especially with the handicap of my hearing aids. It is one of the highly recommendable places in the area with a lot of parking space.
