Nous avons très bien mangé. Par contre, nous avons été installés à une table en face de la porte d'entrée. Ce qui nous a permis de bénéficier de tous les courants d'air froids à chaque ouverture de porte. C' était extrêmement désagréable....d' autant plus qu' une table (placée ds un endroit plus intime et chaleureux) est restée vide toute la soirée.

The Auberge de Savièse is a restaurant located in the heart of the picturesque Pâquis district, right next to the Cornavin train station and Lake Geneva. Formerly known as the Vieux Renard, it has been offering traditional Swiss cuisine, with local dishes from the canton of Valais and specialties from the Gruyère region for over half a century. You will find at the Auberge de Savièse everything you expect from a quality restaurant. We invite you to discover or rediscover delicious dishes, such as the Raclette, the Moitié-Moitié fondue (50% Gruyère AOP & 50% Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP), the homemade cheese fondue 100% Gruyère AOP, the goat cheese fondue but also the Bourguignonne, Savièsarde or Chinese fondues. The Auberge de Savièse also offers two dishes of the day (at noon) and a varied menu. Whether you choose our terrace on a sunny day, or the warmth of our cosy carnotzet during the winter, our team will be delighted to welcome you and provide you with suggestions.

Für unser alljährliches Familienfest haben uns den Murtenhof ausgesucht. Das war eine sehr gute Wahl. Beratung im Vorfeld war toll, die Abwicklung der Reservation einfach und der Anlass selbst dann toll - schöne Terrasse für den Apéro und das Essen dann im Saal mit tollem Blick auf den Murtensee. Die Weine vom Mont Vully waren sehr köstlich. Feines Essen und sehr persönliche Bedienung haben zu einem vollen Genuss beigetragen

Il ravioli: La pasta troppo bianca per essere una pasta all'uovo come converrebbe per i ravioli. Troppo liscia e insapore. Il ripieno che doveva essere ai funghi porcini, non ne aveva né il sapore né il profumo. Molto deludenti. Migliori le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, che hanno fatto alzare il mio giudizio a sufficiente.

Ein Erlebnis! Wunderbare Landschaft. Gutes Essen und schöne Unterkunft. Anreise Per Kutsche - sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preise sind angemessen - wir sind in der Schweiz, die Leistung stimmt. Die Küche ist auf schönem Niveau. Leckeres Essen, sehr grosszügige Portionen (ev. zunächst nur ein Gang bestellen, später mehr bestellen, wenn Sie noch Hunger hätten) und alles sehr schön angerichtet. Formidabler Kellner :-) und die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer einfach wunderschön! Herzlichen Dank.
