An inn located in the heart of the vineyards, with its two dining rooms and café a pleasant setting...In summer, its pretty flower-filled terrace, where local dishes and wines are honored.
In 1976, the inn was renovated and expanded; the restaurant's total capacity was then 140 seats. It was then the sons, Yvan and Laurent, and his wife Awa, who decided to join the team to continue running the restaurant. For all these years, the Marguerat family has been delighted to be able to count on a loyal clientele and hopes to have the opportunity to serve you its local specialities for many years to come.
Country sausage, cabbage sausage, papet vaudois, fondue, morel crust, entrecôte, steak tartare, röstis or lake fish, let yourself be tempted by our traditional cuisine.
