LE RESTAURANT
In our 65-seat main dining room, harmoniously decorated in pure Valais tradition, enjoy the most renowned specialties of the local terroir. In the spotlight: cheese dishes, such as our famous raclette with 5 raw-milk cheeses, fondues and dried meats from our own production of mountain pigs and other Valais cured meats. Our chef de cuisine also offers a seasonal menu featuring fresh, authentic and tasty produce.

The OENOTHEQUE
650 selected vintages and the expertise of over 110 winemakers are brought together on an exceptional menu. It's an opportunity to discover an almost exhaustive overview of Valais terroir production. Each week, visitors can taste a different wine by the glass, with the option of taking away all the wines presented. Our wine list also includes a selection of fine Valais brandies, as well as a collection of old vintages. Please note, however, that we do not produce wines, but aim to be a promotional platform for Valais winemakers.

BANQUETS AND GROUPS
Eight rooms from 10 to 80 covers, with decor combining authenticity, modernity and refinement, a 150-cover terrace, cuisine that perfectly showcases the products of the Valais terroir and attentive service will make your meal a unique moment. Château de Villa's setting is ideal for business meals, family events and corporate meetings. A unique gastronomic discovery for our Swiss or foreign guests!
Varied and based on the highest quality of Valaisan local products, our menus are entirely cooked at the Château by our kitchen brigade.

With its 9 seminar rooms fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology (free wi-fi, plasma screen) and new furniture accommodating from 10 to 50 people, Château de Villa is shaping up to be a must for corporate meetings.

Do you have a passion for taste? Thirst for discovery? Our new boutique will delight your taste buds! We've selected for you the very best local products, combining tradition, quality, natural flavors, authenticity and gastronomic curiosities. Located inside the oenotheque (open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 11:00pm), you can enjoy our Valais nectars such as cured meats, cheeses, jams, fruit juices and other delicious gourmet delights. In fact, our boutique carries most of the products you'll taste at the restaurant.
