Plan Property Administration (PPP)

Convening and conducting meetings with related minutes, detailed accounting, collection of contributions with related monthly checks, payment management, maintenance contract management, insurance and concierge, technical supervision and general assistance.

Buying of real estate in Switzerland and abroad (residential and commercial use)

Income stable administration (residential and commercial)

Research and selection of tenants, contracting, handover and redelivery of apartments with related restoration work. Accounting, incidental expense counts, rent collection and overdraft collection practices, payment management, maintenance contract management, insurance and concierge.

Our technician follows renovation and maintenance work, including construction management, for both individual apartments and buildings upon request.
