The referring agency clarifies the situation of the unemployed person. Based on this information sent to Parterre Tangram, we determine the optimal area of work tailored to the person as well as the intensity of the work in terms of physical capacity and the percentage of the job to be achieved. The jobseeker is referred to us at the initial stage of (re)integration into the labor market.

We place the participants of our work integration program directly into the job market within Parterre Basel. Our diverse job opportunities offer exciting challenges and the chance to acquire specialist knowledge. We support this with additional training courses and workshops. This gives jobseekers work experience and routine. Thanks to the constant support of trained coaches, problems are identified and addressed promptly. Supporting educational offers such as job application workshops or German courses provide additional added value and strengthen the position of our participants on the job market.

The aim of our work integration measures is always to place participants in a job in the primary labor market. Employers have the advantage of benefiting from our experience with their new employees and knowing their strengths and weaknesses right from the start. They also open up new prospects for an unemployed person and participate in Switzerland's economic success model.
