Mon retour de la dernière séance d'hypnose : Je vous écris pleine d'énergie ce soir. Cette méditation emplie de métaphore me fait un bien énorme (je l'ai faite 3 fois depuis jeudi). La bulle qui protège, la petite fille qui a le pouvoir de faire repousser la végétation, la chute d'eau magique et le diamant dans la grotte... magnifique. Le plus drôle dans cette histoire, c'est que j'ai découvert les trois quart de la méditation quand j'ai repassé l'enregistrement tellement je suis partie profond durant la séance (dès le moment où vous dites ''allez encore plus profondèment dans votre subconscient'' je ne me souvenais plus de rien). Bref... c'est merveilleux. J'arrive vraiment, vraiment très bien à créer cette bulle de bien-être autour de moi et à laisser glisser toutes les choses qui me frappent de plein fouet d'habitude... Ca me donne un peu de paix, d'énergie pour moi, de liberté ! En tous les cas, j'ai le sentiment qu'elle me renforce, me donne de la confiance

J'ai eu la chance d'être prise en charge par la fondatrice d'ARDEAT, Mme Wautelet, après à une brûlure à l'eau bouillante. Elle est extrêmement compétente, facilement atteignable et prend le temps de donner d'excellents conseils pour la cicatrisation. Les 3 médecins que j'ai consultés au centre d'urgence n'ont pas su soigner ma brûlure, j'aurais aimé connaître plus rapidement Mme Wautelet, cela m'aurait évité bien des complications. Je recommande chaudement le centre ARDEAT et Mme Wautelet !

Gerade habe ich den Blockchain Kurs an der Benedict beendet. Unser Lehrer, Herr Altinok, war so wie man sich einen Lehrer wünscht, motiviert und gut vorbereitet. Viel Arbeitsmaterial wurde vorgelegt und auch als ich fehlte, wurde mir ein Dossier zusammengestellt. Klar war es nicht einfach nach einem langen Arbeitstag noch die Schulbank zu drücken, im Nachhinein muss ich aber sagen, es hat richtig Spass gemacht. Die Klasse war super, zudem hat es mich neu vernetzt. Mein Fazit; ich kann jedem einen Kurs an der Benedict empfehlen.

Die Lehrer geben sich sehr viel Mühe und nehmen sich extra Zeit um Schwieriges verständlich zu machen.

Ho avuto problemi di sciatica per 6 mesi, avevo consultato diversi specialisti prima di incontrare Alessandra. E' stata l'unica in grado di aiutarmi concretamente!! Grazie ancora :)
