Part of the company collection and available upon request, we also supply and work Gneiss extracted from Andeer, Calanca, Iragna, Maggia and Onsernone. I started my training in Portugal and then moved to Switzerland! I had the opportunity to work in many fine places such as St. Moritz at the Kulm Hotel as Chef, and in Ticino at the Hotel Navegna in Minusio.
