Beeindruckt waren wir vom Barriquekeller mit dem theatralisch aufgemachten Cheminée mit echtem Feuer, dem informativen Museum, natürlich der modernen Produktion und nicht zuletzt dem sorgfältig betreuten Reifelager für den Aceto balsamico. Die liebevoll gestaltete Degustation bildete den krönenden Abschluss.
