“When everything changes, change everything” _Wayne Dyer On a mission to bring forth the full Power of the Human We offer a cutting-edge personal evolution process. Our interdisciplinary approach draws upon the latest understanding from neuroscience, quantum physics, psychology and medicine as well as indigenous and spiritual wisdom. Nobody knows today how far Humanness can expand. We are limitless as of now. We invite in humans driven to explore the full scope of what “Human being” entails. Recover joy, ease, grace, authentic expression of who You are. Remember, the doors to your cage are open … As Human, You are careful in choosing Your activities and Your relationships so they are coherent with Your inner compass. You are connected to Heaven and Earth, like a tree, solid, consistent, calm. You feel inspired, motivated to share Your gifts and Your truth with Your friends and Your community. You follow Your intuition with ease and whatever You do is in the flow. There is plenty of time for whatever Your heart desires. You are confident, professional, caring, empathic, creative. There is no box limiting the extent of Your thinking. 🌞 Every morning You wake up grateful for the new playground to explore. 🌙 every evening You go to bed full of gratitude for the learnings of the day. Have you realised that education (parents, schools, religion, media, society and more) covered your authentic Self with layers of rules, beliefs, cultural codes? So You started to doubt yourself, fearing change, the unforseeable future, what others may think or say about you. Trying to adapt to the pressure of indoctrination you shrank, feeling squished, oppressed, no energy, no drive, no motivation, no laughter, no dancing, no singing. You surrounded yourself with friends in similar situations and with status symbols. Your relationships started to frazzle, You were more and more irritable, maybe even violent. To be able to keep up with all your responsibilities you may have started to drink more often, maybe have a joint or a line. When working out in the gym did not bring a lasting recovery anymore, depression or burn-out called on your door and all you could think of was dark, dangerous, dismal. Today you can step out! Call me! Embrace your full Humanness and explore how far and wide You can expand.

Hypnosis is a natural state that we all experience on a daily basis without even realizing it, such as when driving, walking, or being deeply absorbed in a book or a film. It is an altered state of consciousness where the unconscious takes center stage while consciousness steps back, transforming itself into a calm observer. In this state, the mind is receptive and open to new ideas, new perceptions, and most importantly, new ways of approaching life's challenges. The hypnotic state offers fertile ground for learning, discovery, and self-exploration. It allows you to bypass conscious barriers such as fears, limiting beliefs, or psychological defense mechanisms. By accessing this state, the brain uses its internal resources to highlight hidden skills and promote desired changes. This allows you to redefine perceptions and pave the way for more appropriate and satisfying behaviors. Stimulating Creativity Hypnosis acts as a lever to stimulate creativity, an essential quality for shaping a reality that better matches our deep aspirations and needs. It allows you to question habitual thought patterns, free yourself from conventions, and make room for new perspectives. In this space of mental freedom, we can imagine new solutions to old problems, as if we were creating a blank canvas where all possibilities are possible. This creative process is at the heart of the hypnotic experience. It encourages us to explore new paths, to move away from preconceived ideas and to consider alternative solutions. By using hypnosis, we learn to mobilize our internal resources effectively and to integrate them into our daily lives. This state of openness allows us to revisit our representation of ourselves and to reconfigure our behaviors so that they are in line with our desires and our objectives. A Brief, Solution-Oriented Therapy Hypnotherapy is often called brief therapy because it focuses on solutions rather than problems. At the beginning of each session, the therapist discusses with the person their objectives and the positive suggestions that will be explored during the hypnotic trance. This approach aims to redirect attention to aspects of life that are often neglected by the conscious mind. Hypnotic induction is a phase where the therapist uses techniques to modify the state of consciousness, thus promoting the hypnotic state. Contrary to what one might believe, the person under hypnosis remains active and maintains total control over the process. At any time, they can choose to engage or interrupt the experience. The role of the hypnotherapist is to accompany, suggest and guide using images, metaphors and propositions that resonate with the unconscious. Hypnosis does not seek to impose changes, but rather to reveal those that the person is ready to consider and integrate into their life. It allows them to free themselves from habits that have become obsolete and to reconnect with ways of doing things that are more in line with their current aspirations. On average, hypnotherapy takes place over a cycle of three to four sessions. Each session brings new perspectives and gives the person time to assimilate and put into practice the changes in their daily life. If necessary, additional cycles can be considered to deepen the work undertaken. Hypnosis as a Complement to Medical Care

maage architects | Geneva

maage architectes is an architecture and urban planning office founded in Geneva by Mehdi Aouabed, a member of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA), as well as a Professionally Qualified Representative of the State of Geneva (MPQ). Our office has been active since 2010, under the name Fil Rouge Architecture and then A&F architectes. We are twice winners of the prestigious Europan Suisse competition (E10 and E11), for eco-district projects in Nyon (VD) and Monthey (VS). maage has 6 to 9 employees, who work on collective housing projects, school buildings, as well as other public programs in Switzerland; Fruits of recognition, during SIA competitions. The construction of public buildings, through SIA competitions, is part of maage's DNA. It is in this mission of public service that we launch all our efforts and our skills. These are expanding each year, because the office has initiated a staff training policy, in the use of biosourced and geosourced materials and in the application of Swiss Sustainable Construction Standards (SNBS), with the intention of value the operations of our clients. maage however builds for individuals, such as villas, but also for private developers. They have placed their trust in us for more than 12 years, for luxurious mountain constructions carried out in record time; Because the sites opened in the spring must be finalized before the next winter season, in the most famous ski resorts in the Alps. The maage team is aware of the crucial role of architects in reducing the ecological footprint of construction. This is why we direct our practices towards Eco-responsible constructions, in earth, fibers and reuse. To this end, we train continuously, with a view to direct application for our customers comfort.
