Wood-Fired Bread and Zopf In our traditional bakery with a large wood-fired oven, we bake over 15 different types of bread. The flour comes from our own grain, which is milled by the Mühlebach mill in Würenlingen. Our homemade breads include rustic spelt bread, our special Chrättlibrot, golden Zopf, as well as pretzel, wholegrain, and nut rolls. We also offer custom-made party breads to suit your needs. Fresh Vegetables from the Farm In our farm store in Rüfenach, you will find fresh vegetables all year round, supplemented by regional products. In the summer, we also harvest peas, beans, and sugar snap peas.
