Concernant l'accueil exécrable au téléphone, après vérification, c'est une société externe qui s'occupe de répondre aux téléphones. On m'a dit qu'ils allaient remédier à ce problème. Concernant mon affaire, c'est toujours en cours avec des améliorations. Pour le paiement, on a trouvé un arrangement mais je déplore qu'à Genève, il est devenu si compliqué d'obtenir l'assistance juridique gratuite.
