The law firm of Me Pierre Daudin was founded in 1975. It is located just a few minutes from the Palais de Justice.

We advise and represent clients in all legal matters.

Pierre Daudin

Pierre Daudin obtained his law degree from the University of Geneva in 1970, followed by his bar exam in 1974.

He was a trainee lawyer, then later an associate in the law firm of the late Me Jean-Paul Buensod, former Mayor of the City of Geneva.

He opened his own law firm in 1975 and practices mainly in real estate, advising various real estate agencies and local property owners.

He participated in the creation of the Collège d'avocats de la Chambre genevoise immobilière, now USPI (Union suisse des professionnels de l'immobilier), as well as its activities; he was an assessor judge at the Chambre d'appel de la Cour civile de Genève.

He is Chairman of a cooperative housing and construction company and was a committee member of the Groupement des coopératives d'habitation genevoises.

Nicolas Daudin

Nicolas Daudin graduated from the University of Geneva in 2003 after spending a semester at the University of Berne. He was admitted to the bar in 2006.

Nicolas Daudin worked at Etude Borel & Barbey, at Etude Montavon & Mermier then at Etude GVA Gautier, Vuille & Associés, before joining Etude Daudin Law, as a partner.

Nicolas Daudin is an assessor judge at the Appeal Chamber of the Geneva Civil Court.

Nicolas Daudin has had the opportunity to complete short internships in England at Fox Williams LLP in the City of London, Penningtons Solicitors LLP in Basingstoke, Cheney Goulding LLP in Guildford and at the IT firm SFW Ltd in Woking.

His working languages are French and English, and he has knowledge of German and Italian.

Nicolas Daudin is a member of the Geneva Bar Association as well as the Swiss Bar Association.
