In our tea room, you’ll always find something delightful to accompany your coffee or dessert. In Frutal’s confectionery production, selected and exquisite sweets are crafted with great care and love every day of the week, using only the finest ingredients and best raw materials. In addition to rustic and semi-white bread, we bake many other delicious items for you every day. Pure spelt bread and gluten-free bread are also available. Our fine butter braided bread is offered in various sizes and shapes. For special occasions, our bakers also prepare oversized and custom-shaped loaves on request. We also bake a special party bread for you, consisting of multiple dough sections as desired, with or without seeds. Meringue Production Each year, we process 35,000 tons of sugar and 20,000 liters of egg whites into meringues. You can also visit our meringue production facility. From July to October, every Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m., we offer an experience for both guests and locals in cooperation with Haslital Tourism.
