Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Betrieb. Es war eigentlich nur eine "Kleinigkeit" die am Auto nach einer Havarie aus ästhetischen Gründen gemacht werden musste, da wir in Südtirol fahren wollten und eine unliebsame Beanstandung seitens der Polizei verhindern wollten. Der Chef persönlich übernahm die Regie und erklärte einem seiner Mitarbeiter was zu machen war. Und wie schnell dann alles ging verdiente Lob und Anerkennung. Weiter so: Das nenne ich Kundenservice vom Feinsten. .
