Monday:  2 pm - 6 pm women, 6 - 9 pm mixed sauna   

Tuesday:  2 pm - 9 pm men, 6 - 9 pm mixed sauna           

Wednesday: 2-9pm women's day

Thursday:  2-9pm men, 6 - 9pm mixed sauna   

Friday: 2-9pm all day mixed

Saturday and Sunday closed

Parking available for a fee.

SAUNA - ALLENMOOS

Something really special is the small but fine, traditional sauna in the middle of the Zurich Oerlikon district.
Right next to the Allenmoos outdoor pool, women and men can enjoy separate saunas, or mixed saunas depending on the day, in three saunas and relax in the garden. There are infusions with 100% natural essential oils and a range of medical massages such as classic, sports, relaxation, facial, foot reflex, lymphatic drainage, spinal therapies and shiatsu.
