We do not use preservatives or artificial additives in our products. We do not produce industrial products, but instead practice traditional baking methods. This is noticeable in the look and taste.

KNÄCKEBROT
Our homemade organic crispbread with our own recipe. Choose from four different varieties:
sunflower seeds, ancient grain, spelt, rye.
In the Schinznach-Dorf branch, you can also get the three-origin crispbread, consisting of the three ancient grains emmer, spelt and einkorn. Some of these are grown in the Schenkenberg Valley and ground in the old mill in Schinznach-Dorf.

BREAD PRODUCTS
Our bread selection includes over 20 different homemade breads. If you have a special preference or allergy, please ask your sales clerk for advice.
We obtain the flour for our baked goods from the Lindmühle in Birmenstorf, which has been run by the Lehmann family for 6 generations since 1836.

PATISSERIE
Our pâtisserie range includes traditional products such as Carac, but we also spoil you with modern creations.
