Massage is one of the oldest remedies known to mankind. It is a manual form of therapy in which the skin, connective tissue and muscles are massaged. The effect of the stretching, pulling and pressure stimuli extends from the treated area to the entire organism and also includes the psyche. We offer the following massages:
Classical massage
Targeted massage techniques have a beneficial effect on the skin and muscles. Tense muscles are released and loosened. The resulting improved blood circulation boosts the metabolism
Myofascial release
Myofascial release treats the three-dimensional fascia systems that weave through our body in a targeted and differentiated way. The mobility and mobility of the connective tissue is improved. Joints are relieved and blocked joints are released. Stereotypical movement patterns are dissolved
Trigger point therapy
The trigger point is a sensitive point in a hardened muscle cord. Muscle tension can be relieved with the treatment of trigger points.
Lymphatic drainage
Soft, tissue-shifting strokes promote the drainage of tissue fluid and strengthen the body's immune function. After sports injuries or operations, the healing process can be greatly shortened by lymphatic drainage. It is also a suitable therapy for oedema or water retention.
The nerves that run along the spine are connected to certain areas of the body. In this way, various body systems are influenced by stimuli applied to the skin.
Foot reflexology
Treating the reflex zones on the foot can have a positive effect on all organ functions and the autonomic nervous system.
Traditional Chinese Medicine, or TCM for short, is the millennia-old art of healing from China, which is also becoming increasingly popular in Europe.
Many people feel ill but have no conventional medical findings. With the help of TCM, the underlying energetic imbalance can be identified and the patient can be treated accordingly.
List of diseases that can be treated with acupuncture (WHO recommendation): http://www.aku-punkt.ch/media/who-liste.pdfThe difference between the Eastern healing method TCM and classical "Western" medicine lies in the different approach and perception of the human body.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic medicine. According to the Chinese view, health means a state of perfect harmony between the organs and Qi (Qi = life energy); Western medicine, on the other hand, focuses mainly on the material functions of the human organism.
TCM goes far beyond the treatment of various physical symptoms. Through the application of one or more forms of therapy that belong to TCM, the aim is to bring people back into balance and thus restore the healthy harmony of body, mind and soul.
Acupuncture
According to Chinese belief, Qi (life energy) flows through our body in pathways. Over 360 acupuncture points are located on these pathways or meridians. They can be used to reach and influence the flow of energy and the internal organs. Depending on the condition, several thin disposable needles are inserted into different acupuncture points and left in place for between 15-40 minutes.
