The Association of the EMS "Résidence Les Châtaigniers" aims to enable elderly people to live in a secure environment, in which they will be provided with individualized care by competent staff, this while respecting their rights and freedoms.

The residence is located in the commune of Veyrier, chemin des Marais 162, at the foot of the Salève and easily accessible by public transport. An underground parking lot will also allow visitors to park nearby.

The establishment features a flower-filled garden planted with trees, two terraces and a pétanque court. It is equipped with electronic locks enabling flexible access management and features a video surveillance system.

The residence has 114 beds divided into:
- 106 single rooms with or without balcony 
- 4 studios for couples

The Foundation manages protected apartments whose purpose is to accommodate people of AHV age, unable or unwilling to remain alone in their own homes or suffering from loneliness or social isolation, diminished autonomy and a need for both physical and psychological security.
The Les Châtaignes residence offers you 20 luxury apartments in a neat and friendly environment.
All the 2.5 or 3-room apartments are built according to an architecture adapted to the elderly, those with reduced mobility or those with disabilities. They are designed down to the smallest detail for your well-being and safety.
Featuring a vast terrace or loggia for relaxing, the apartments are bright and comfortable, and most offer a breathtaking view of the Salève.
The materials used in the apartments are of the highest quality, and all are equipped with a functional bathroom
and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Hotel, care and entertainment services can be provided on request.
The common areas available to tenants are spacious, tastefully decorated and conducive to exchanges.
An equipped laundry room -- is also at your disposal.
The residence's exteriors have been planted and decorated with carefully selected tree and plant species by a local landscaper.
