Open since October 2014, Le Trait d'Union enables 6 young adults to train on a daily basis in front of a real clientele and therefore in front of the real demands of the economy.

To achieve this, they are supervised by trainers and professionals in the kitchen and front-of-house service. They themselves are placed under the responsibility and watchful eye of Chef Pierre Gerber.

At the end of the day, they'll be able to prepare their own dishes.
