Description
YOGA FOR ALL - Daniela Figini
My yoga sessions are the result of a passionate thirst for knowledge of a complex and sophisticated art that opens the curious human to mindful and intelligent bodily sensitivity.
Daniela Elena Figini graduated as a yoga teacher from the S.F.I.D.Y (Scuola di Formazione all'Insegnamento Dello Yoga) in Milan. Over the course of four years, she delved into yogic postural anatomy, following the teachings of Patrick Tomatis and Boris Tatsky, both trainers of the French Yoga Federation.
She is a yoga teacher.
Fascinated by the refined depth of non-dual Shivaite Kashmiri yoga, the ancient source of hatha yoga, she became a student of Daniel Odier, a precious and brilliant initiate into this tantric tradition. She follows its teaching first in Brussels, then in Arezzo and everywhere in Europe.
She later becomes a student of Eric Baret, a pupil of Jean Klein, an authentic French Shivaite, whose precise and detailed initiation into the art of listening and breathing, as well as the original transmission of the Shivaite Tantric Tradition, she praises.
Perfects the study of asanas based on the law of gravity on the body with Rossella Baroncini and John Stirk, students of Wanda Scaravelli. In 2015 he obtained a post-training Yoga and Spiraldynamik certificate on joint pathologies.
She attended a two-year post-training and orientation course "Yoga of Silence, the approach to the body according to the Kashmiri tradition as transmitted by Eric Baret," with corresponding certificate.
Yoga is complemented by artistic expression.
Yoga Yoga is not an external gymnastic form, but a SOUND INSTRUMENT of individual consciousness that connects to the human, animal, plant, cosmic ALL.
Each component of the human community has the opportunity to explore its own unique, distinct but connected balance.
Hence the root YUG, Union: MIND, SOUL AND BODY seek each other out and come together in a rhythmic dance, made up of waves, fluidity, momentum, availability, which we can also call LOVE.
