External whitening involves lightening teeth from the outer surface. It can be done both in the office and at home.
 
Home bleaching

The patient performs bleaching at home.
The dentist takes a tooth impression and makes trays over the teeth to be bleached. The patient himself applies a gel in these trays. They will be worn for 1 hour every day or every night for around 10 days.
 
Office bleaching

This whitening is done directly in the office. In three 15-minute sequences, the gel's action is renewed each time, and potentiated by the light. The result is immediate and spectacular.
