Le client doit s'adapter à la poste

Quand on me promet des médicaments pour le matin suivant, je m'attends à les trouver dès l'ouverture. Ou d'être avertie de l'heure d'arrivée. Aucune proposition de livraison, l'excuse de la poste (? en quoi suis-je concernée).
