L'Abordage was created by Monsieur Moulin, a renowned chef best known for his foie gras. He created the L'Abordage brand and built his gourmet products around it. In 2004, the L'Abordage brand and this boutique were taken over by two chefs, Monsieur Wiehe and Monsieur Trabach, both passionate about gourmet pleasures. In addition to Monsieur Moulin's specialties, they offer their expertise by developing a range of ready-to-eat dishes and, quite naturally, delivery and personal service. Today, the delivery and preparation of dishes for home delivery represent the bulk of our business.

Bolstered by this development in October 2022, we moved into new production premises in Ecublens to be able to adapt to current demand and standards, and provide a modern working environment for our staff.

And above all, always keen to offer the best quality and service to our customers.
