Since 1993, this family-run business has been involved in the manufacturing and sale of cheeses from its own production.

Very proud of its terroir, the Biland family is keen to showcase the regional know-how through its fromagerie. Since 2010, aalpine pasture bar has been a natural addition to their business.

So, you can watch the production of cheese, buy it and even taste it thanks to the speciality cheese dishes at the Charmey bar!  

And it continues... The Biland family pass on their love of the land to their apprentice farmers as a training enterprise. The farm has almost 70 dairy cows of the Holstein and Red Holstein breeds. In recent years, the farm has also been developing the Jersey breed.

Need an original idea? For events of all kinds, Gérard Biland and his team not only prepare cheese platters of their own making, but can even engrave a motif on a wheel of cheese ranging from tonnelet to gruyère.
