Acupuncture and herbal medicine

Acupuncture and Chinese phytotherapy (herbal medicine) used in veterinary medicine are part of a health care system that has its roots in China several thousand years ago. The focus of good health is on maintaining and restoring the balance and harmony of the individual. A holistic approach to treatment is used, which involves understanding normal functions and disease processes and, in addition to treating complaints, also focuses particularly on disease prevention.

• Disorders of the musculoskeletal system (e.g. lameness, muscle tension, osteoarthritis, pain)
• Chronic digestive complaints
• Skin, allergies, ear infections
• Cough, asthma
• Incontinence (dribbling of urine)
• Functional problems of unknown cause
