Physiotherapy: the human repair service

Physiotherapy treats complaints and functional disorders using active and passive forms of therapy. The focus is on manual techniques and patients are instructed to perform exercises independently in order to improve their performance and quality of life. Physiotherapy is suitable for rehabilitation after accidents and illnesses as well as for preventative purposes to maintain work-life balance.

Manual therapy: focus on joint function

Manual therapy is a specialized form of physiotherapy with a focus on orthopaedics. Targeted joint movements are used to loosen restricted joints and improve mobility. This therapy is often supplemented by an exercise programme to stabilize joint function.

CMD therapy: treatment for temporomandibular joint problems

CMD (craniomandibular dysfunction) affects the temporomandibular joint and can be characterized by jaw clicking, pain and limited mouth mobility. The therapy combines manual techniques, physiotherapy and ergonomics to alleviate the symptoms.

Classical and sports massage: relaxation and improved performance

Massages help to relieve tension and promote metabolism and blood circulation. The classic massage relaxes the muscles, while the sports massage specifically addresses the needs of athletes by preparing the body for stress and supporting regeneration.

This form of massage targets deep tissue, loosens adhesions and stimulates nerve fibers in the spine, which can have positive effects on various organs.

Manual lymphatic drainage: Relieves congestion

Lymphatic drainage reduces swelling and promotes healing after operations or injuries. Gentle massage techniques are used to remove accumulated fluid in the tissue.

Trigger point massage: Pain relief for hardened muscles

Trigger points are painful hardened muscles that can be released using targeted pressure techniques. This massage is often combined with classic massage.

Galileo® vibration training: Holistic muscle training

Electrotherapy and ultrasound therapy: Supporting the healing process

Electrotherapy relieves pain and promotes blood circulation, while ultrasound therapy stimulates deep-seated tissue with high-frequency sound waves and stimulates the metabolism.

Kinesio tape: supports the muscles

The elastic kinesio tape stabilizes joints and reduces swelling without restricting mobility.

This therapy promotes blood circulation in the smallest blood vessels and supports the body's self-healing powers.

Pain therapy according to Liebscher & Bracht (LNB®): Efficient pain treatment

LNB pain therapy is based on the release of muscular-fascial dysfunctions. Special techniques are used to relieve the pain by getting the brain to reorganize the movement sequences.

Prices for therapies

With a doctor's prescription, the costs for physiotherapy and medical training therapy are covered by health insurance. Without a prescription, you can take advantage of massages and other physiotherapy services at the following rates. Supplementary insurance often also covers part of the costs for preventive treatments.
