BAD EXPERIENCE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM
Terrible experience! Very unprofessional company with few employees who can't speak English (or French). They sent us a message a few hours before our departure (at 3 a.m.) to inform us that the parking address had changed and that, according to the contract, they could do so. The parking reservation could be canceled 24 hours before, but they cunningly inform customers of changes when the contract can no longer be canceled. In addition to this inconvenience, they only allowed one family member to drive the car to the parking lot, and the rest of the family was left waiting at the airport. All this with the risk of missing the flight! The worst part, however, was on the return. They don’t have enough shuttles to transport all passengers, so they make people wait for hours at the airport. On top of that, they didn’t know where they had parked the car and left us waiting for almost two hours in another parking lot. Shameful and scandalous service! Absolutely to avoid!!!
