Nicht nur seit drei Generationen der naturnahen Tradition verbunden sondern auch offen für Experimente. Feinste Riesling und Pinot noir. Symphonie muss nan getrunken haben und auch ihren Kerner. Aber auch im vielseitigen Sortiment findet sich für jeden etwas.

Seit ich vor ca. drei Jahren die erste Flasche Wein von der Familie Angst bezog, schmeckte uns kein Wein mehr, den man sonst im Laden bekommt. Unsere Favoriten "Cabernet Cortis" und "Pinot Gris". Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist herzlich und ehrlich. So kann man auch den Wein bezeichnen, den wir nur noch dort beziehen.

AVY (Artisans Vignerons d'Yvorne) is an innovative cooperative founded in 1902. Today, our team of ten professionals vinifies and sells the production of its120 members. We mainly produce wines for the Yvorne Chablais AOC appellation, vinifying the harvest from 55 hectares of vines out of a total production area of 160 hectares. Most of the vines are Chasselas, but we also grow a number of noble white and red grape varieties.
