Notre famille de Brisbane , Australie a séjourné à l'hôtel et nous-même avons souvent mangé au restaurant. Malheureusement le Covid nous a coupé sèchement nos habitudes depuis bientôt 2 ans. La carte propose des plats faits maison avec des produits locaux. Une cuisine fine et délicieuse! La carte des vins est variée et propose une majorité de vins vaudois. L’accueil est sympathique et le cadre très confortable permet de manger dans le calme. Je recommande ce restaurant. 👌🏼

Nous avons déjeuné dimanche avec un couple d’amis, le service est parfait, les filets de perche et le steak tartare étaient délicieux et tres bien préparé. Félicitations

Repris par Thierry Doberer et Cathy Mange en septembre 2018, cet établissement a repris tout son charme. De belles chambres décorées avec goût et une cuisine généreuse et de qualité accueillent les clients. Le pied du Jura et ses "Trois Sapins" valent le détour !

La chasse était très bien. Mais le tartare au ketchups pas terrible peut mieux faire.
