Chesa Pool In 1585, by order of Baptista von Salis, the Chesa Pool was built. Since then, its charm has extended through the centuries to the present day. Many generations, families, adventurers and lovers of the Fex Valley have left their mark on the Chesa Pool. Since 2020, it has had an exclusively vegetarian restaurant, the first in the Engadin. Its fresh, modern concept, combined with the traditional ambience, results in an unforgettable experience for all the senses. You can enjoy our cuisine both indoors and on the sun terrace, surrounded by peace and nature. Every Sunday we offer grilled vegetarian specialities at your discretion accompanied by pleasant live music. Sehr freundliche Bedienung gute Getränke und gutes Essen. Immer wieder gerne.

Essen und Bedienung waren gut. Leider war unser reservierter Platz bei der Türe zur gedeckten Gartenwirtschaft. Einige Leute waren bei Temperatur von 7 Grad draussen am Essen und das Servicepersonal mussten dauernd durch diese Türe. Es kam sehr kalte Luft herein.
