A family business through the ages The Hans Schillig Garage in Lachen was founded in 1979 and in 1981 Hans Furrer Sr. joined the garage as workshop manager. In 1984, the family business was renamed Schillig AG, which is well-known in the region. In 1988 Brigitta Furrer also began working for the company, taking care of the office and administration. Together with her husband, she was elected to the Board of Directors in 1997 and together they formed the new management team. A family remains true to itself In 2014, the company continues to honour its tradition as a family business. Son Hans Furrer Jr. joins the company and starts working as a service manager.
