Unsere Katze ging es sehr, sehr schlecht und sehr schnell wusste Doktor Hofer was zu tun. Auch die Angestelltinnen konnten uns gut informieren und erklärten etwas, wenn nötig mehrmals. Grossartige Informationen auch über Telefon. Super flexibel, wir konnten zu den Öffnungszeiten nicht vorbeigehen und sie legten es in den Briefkasten, damit die Behandlung der Katze bedingungslose weitergehen konnte. Ich bin mit einer zugelaufenen Katze in die Praxis, um abzuklären ob sie gechipt ist. War sie! Die beiden TAs haben alles gegeben um die Besitzer ausfindig zu machen, die dann freudestrahlend ihren Jimmy wieder in Empfang nahmen. Das ganze Prozedere dauerte fast eine Stunde - und wurde nicht mal verrechnet. DAS nenne ich Dienst am Tier (und Menschen)

Dr.Haller hat ein enormes Wissen und meine Tiere(Hund u.Katze)lieben Ihn sehr,das Personal ist einsame Spitze und sehr einfühlsam!!

Zecken und kleine Bobölis haben wir jeweils selber gelöst. Bei schwierigen Angelegenheiten hat Dr. Jarmil Hynek und sein Team immer grandiose Hilfe geleistet - fachlich, tierliebend, mit grossem Herz für Tier und Besitzer, einfühlsam, aber auch immer korrekt, mit Vorsicht für Tier und Mensch. Das Problem beim 4. Hund war so gross und äusserst selten, welches er frühzeitig hervorragend erkannt und einen Termin bei einem anderen Kollegen/Spezialisten ermöglicht hat. Diese Tierpraxis ist wärmstens zu empfehlen, für alle diejenigen, die Ihre Lieblinge gut betreut und verarztet haben möchten! VIELEN DANK !!!

Ich war schon bei einigen Tierärzten, aber das was ich bei Frau Dr. Ruge Erlebt habe, das ist einmalig, sehr Liebe Frau zu den Tieren die sie sehr gerne hat, und die Behandlung und Beratung Einfach Super, kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen. Das gleiche kann ich auch von Frau Küng sagen.

Seit der Eröffnung der Praxis bin ich Kundin bei TiM mit meinen beiden Katzen. Die Behandlungen und Beratungen sind sehr kompetent. Die Ärztinnen und Helferinnen sind sehr liebevoll und geduldig im Umgang mit den Tieren. Auch bei Notfällen ist immer jemand erreichbar.
