J'ai acheté dans ce magasin il y a 20 ans plusieurs meubles USM, lors de mon déménagement un de ces meubles ne passait pas ma porte, appel à leur magasin un samedi une dame fort charmante et serviable me guide par téléphone pour le démonter et pouvoir effectuer son déménagement. Suite à celui-ci je constate à mon aménagement que la sécurité d'un des meuble déménagé s'est engagée et que je ne peux plus l'ouvrir, tél. à leur société on me donne la marche à suivre pour le débloquer, 2 e-mails, suivi téléphonique jusqu'à la résolution complète du problème, un service bien supérieur à ce que je m'attendais, une gentillesse et une disponibilité exceptionnelle, je ne peux que fortement les recommander si pour vous la qualité et le service sont importants.
