We make every effort to keep waiting times as short as possible.

Emergencies:

Emergencies are accepted at any time during consultation hours, if possible by prior appointment by phone.

Outside consultation hours, on public holidays and during vacation periods, you will be given the telephone number of the Zurich emergency service via the practice telephone.

Home visit:

By telephone arrangement outside consultation hours.

We will also be happy to order you an animal-friendly cab or the animal ambulance.
