We offer people who are dependent on care and intravenous therapy the opportunity to live in their familiar environment
It is important to us that you feel that you are taken seriously, can make your own decisions and feel comfortable in your own four walls. As members of interdisciplinary teams, nursing staff contribute their specialist knowledge to the care and treatment of patients. The focus of our actions is on the individual as a responsible and responsible person. We express our appreciation in our actions towards people with respect and tolerance. Needs assessment and advice- Planning hospital discharges

Features
- Time-defined presence of the caregiver
- The person to be cared for requires support and assistance with everyday tasks, in the sense of control, guidance, reminders
- The ability to make everyday decisions is guaranteed. There is little or no need for assistance.
- The presence of a caregiver is for reasons of supporting a meaningful daily routine
The client needs
- Mainly supervision and care
- No basic care services subject to KLV
- Care and domestic assistance services are limited to handouts, control and supervision
- Assistance with outdoor activities (shopping, participation in social events, excursions)
- Communal organization of the daily structure (keeping company, playing, keeping busy)
Care level 2
Features
(in addition to the features of care level 1)
- The person requiring care needs active support in carrying out everyday activities in the areas of self-care, household management and structuring everyday life
- The client can basically carry out the activity themselves, but needs help
The client needs
- Structuring guidance on the organization of everyday tasks and activities .
- Support in making decisions in the area of everyday life and setting priorities, especially under time pressure
- Reminders for regularly recurring tasks (e.g. taking medication) and keeping appointments
- Services in the area of basic care that cannot be covered by health insurance
- Guaranteeing safety (risk of falling), e.g.
- Assistance with walking within the home
- Help with the use of stairs
- Performing simple care assistance services
- Help with defecation
- Assistance with the use of aids
- Help with dressing (individual items of clothing, e.g. jackets, adjusting clothing)
- Support and assistance with household chores
- Preparing meals (setting the table, preparing meals)

Support level 3
Features
(in addition to the characteristics of care levels 1 and 2)
- The client is no longer able to carry out the majority of everyday tasks themselves and requires help to carry them out, or the caregiver must take over carrying them out. The ability to make everyday decisions is limited to such an extent that there is a risk of self-endangerment and/or endangering others
- The client requires the constant presence of a caregiver
- As a rule, in addition to the care services, the person requires care services by qualified specialist staff that are subject to KLV.

- continuous supervision of the place of residence and the organization of everyday activities
- complete support in making decisions in the area of everyday life and setting priorities
- Services in the area of basic care that cannot be billed via health insurance as in care level 2, however
- with a higher time expenditure
- the service is usually provided by the caregiver
- the involvement of the person being cared for is only possible to a limited extent and not every day
- The caregiver takes over the daily housekeeping activities
