Courses for psychotherapists and psychiatrists

The courses are intended for psychiatrists and psychologists with psychotherapeutic activity. Authorization is checked in the official registers. Costs on request. The courses are held for a minimum of 6 registrations.

Courses offered by the practice

Non-hypnotic regression with symptom extinction

Content of the course:

Learning non-hypnotic regression with symptom extinction, with practical exercises in a small group (max. 8 people), discussion of the exercises and the results.

Application of non-hypnotic regression:

Therapy of individual symptoms, e.g. sleep disturbances, fatigue, etc.

Therapy of psychosomatic symptoms, e.g. teeth grinding, headaches, pain, tension.

Partial work or therapy of dissociative symptoms.

Lesson in the morning, 10:00-12:00

• Presentation of the method, detailed procedure,

• Extinguishing symptoms, procedure in the regression.

• Frequently occurring stumbling blocks, avoidance methods.

• The top-heavy patient and the resulting problems in psychotherapy, hyp-notic strategy or therapy of unconscious conflicts with important attachment figures.

• Presentation of cases and the results.

• Advantages of the method compared to hypnosis.

• Supportive drug therapy.

Lesson in the afternoon, 13-17:00

• Practice regression in groups of 2, 2x 45 minutes, the prior selection of a topic is recommended.

• Discussion of the problems encountered.

• Demonstration of the method if required.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.

Documents

Notes will be taken by the participants. A template of the non-hypnotic regression will be handed out. The method may not be passed on without the permission of the course leader.

Duration:

Saturday or weekday 10 am - 4 pm, with a lunch break from 12 pm - 1 pm, lunch together outside the practice.

Admitted participants:

Psychiatrists and psychologists with completed psychotherapeutic training (will be checked).
