"You don't always have to hide your beautiful salad box so far inside Miggeli!" This is what our grandfather Federico Guardia used to say on his daily shopping trip to the vegetable supplier. Although we no longer visit our suppliers in person every day, the quality standards have remained the same. Good is by no means good enough for our guests. Whether vegetables, fish, meat or birds, they are ordered and delivered to us every day. If a product does not meet our quality criteria, it is returned. We know all our suppliers personally and place the highest demands on them. The word "fresh" is not an elastic term in our house, but is lived by us as the vernacular understands it. We also make no compromises when it comes to the preparation of our dishes. You won't find a steamer or microwave in our kitchen.
