As you get older, it s particularly important to exercise regularly to prevent premature weakening of the body. By promoting strength, flexibility and endurance as well as balance exercises, you will increase your physical well-being, safety and self-confidence, which will enable you to remain independent and fit even in old age. Our body adapts to our activities. That's why exercise in everyday life is the best protection against falls and osteoporosis. With regular training, suppleness and elasticity are achieved in all joints.

Nordic walking has developed into a very popular sport and is aimed at everyone, young and old, sporty and non-sporty alike.
Nordic walking offers a full-body conditioning workout in an outdoor environment, at any time of year. You exercise in the great outdoors and on any terrain, train your body awareness and experience fun and dynamism in a group.
Nordic walking is suitable for anyone looking for an endurance or compensatory sport to counter the stress of work and everyday life, who wants to take measures to prevent against illness but also for those for whom a therapeutic means for rehabilitation is important.
Nordic walking is very easy on the joints and allows participants enough time to concentrate on their own body.
This workout is aimed at anyone who wants to get moving in a particularly gentle way.
We use various aids to promote mobility as well as joint-friendly strength and endurance. Activity in water offers additional opportunities to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation, e.g. after sports injuries, for chronic back pain, hip osteoarthritis, shoulder problems, obesity, etc.
The properties of the element of water have the following advantages: The buoyancy relieves the postural and musculoskeletal system, creates a feeling of weightlessness and generally reduces many ailments. The water resistance is created as a reaction to the propulsive movements of the person in the water, which stimulates blood circulation. The faster the movement in the water, the greater the water resistance. We can therefore not move as quickly as on land. The water pressure improves the return flow of blood to the heart, leads to deeper breathing, strengthens the respiratory muscles and activates the lymphatic system. The water temperature of 28° increases energy consumption and stimulates the metabolism through heat production, which improves mobility and strengthens the immune system.

Functional training serves as a basis for everyday movements as well as for popular and top-class sport. The focus is on the core. Mobility, balance and stabilization are improved and self-awareness of the tendons and joints is trained. Functional movement sequences are trained and non-isolated muscles are strengthened. This makes you fit for training, everyday life and competition. The risk of injury is minimized and performance can be increased.
After a joint warm-up, a course is completed using your own weight, but also various training equipment such as TRX, Sypoba, trampoline, barbells, etc. is used. At the end, there is a cooling down, with the focus on fascia techniques with the Blackroll.
Functional training takes place in a group, but we will show you how you can adapt the intensity of the course to your individual needs.
When the weather is nice, the training takes place outside.
