The long-standing head of the carpentry department Daniel Eymann, together with his former management employee Guido Ebnöther and Mrs. Karin von Wietersheim, great-great-granddaughter of Johannes Baur, takes over the timber construction division of the long-established company Baur & Cie AG through a management buy-out.

For this purpose, the company BAUR Holzbau AG was founded on July 1, 2003. The timber construction plant in Wettswil, the contact and communication address remain unchanged.
