Description
Health is not everything - but without health, everything is nothing.
Acupressure is a treatment method of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). According to this, certain energies circulate in the body on so-called meridians. The meridians correspond to certain organs and body parts. Acupressure can be used to influence them. In contrast to acupuncture, the acupuncture points are not pricked with needles but gently pressed with the fingers.

What is TCM?
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a medical system that is thousands of years old and is based on the idea that health is achieved through the balance of body, mind and energy (Qi). TCM includes various treatment methods such as acupuncture, acupressure, massage (Tuina), herbal medicine, nutrition and Qi Gong. These approaches aim to harmonize the balance of yin and yang and the flow of qi in the body in order to prevent or treat illness.
In our hectic and fast-paced times, it is important to create islands of calm and relaxation.
