The foundation

The foundation, which consists of various organizations from the three municipalities of Wohlen, Kirchlindach and Meikirch, owns and operates

• the Hofmatt retirement home and
• the retirement home

Both residential facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of each other.

The Hofmatt retirement home

The Hofmatt is located on a piece of land donated by the couple Louise + Alfred Blaser-Stämpfli from Uettligen. The two-storey home offers a clear view of the Alps and is directly adjacent to the farm. The home has 53 single rooms, 43 of which are south-facing. The home offers hotel facilities, an exceptionally friendly atmosphere and plenty of variety.

The home accommodates elderly residents from the three municipalities represented in the foundation - Wohlen, Kirchlindach and Meikirch.

Settlement for the elderly

The development consists of three houses with a total of 16 residential units. Tenants are welcome to join activities in the home or take their meals there. If the tenants need medical assistance, Spitex will be happy to help.

Come along, our cafeteria is open every afternoon from 2 - 5 pm. The volunteers from the Kirchlindach and Meikirch country women's associations and the Wohlen women's association will be happy to serve you a café and a  Zvieri.
