The family farm is located in Troistorrents and from spring onwards, the dairy cows go up to the alpine pastures, at an altitude of 1600 meters. It's in the alpine chalet that milking and raclette cheese are made.

Yogurts are handmade on the farm.

Raclette evenings at the mountain pasture

Every Thursday evening in season, take part in milking the cows and spend the evening in the chalet enjoying a raclette.
