Welcome to Baita del Formaggio, the dairy in Tenero where we produce our own fresh dairy products, available for sale both retail and wholesale.
Our dairy is located in a prime location, nestled in the nature of Ticino and offers only the highest quality raw materials.
Our product range is wide and varied, catering to the needs of all our customers, including those with lactose intolerance. Our fresh homemade products include robiola, formaggella, butter, raclette, yogurt, büscion and saliciolo cheese, all made with care and passion, using only the best processing techniques and the freshest, most wholesome ingredients.
We also produce fresh sheep's milk products, such as cheese and yogurt, which are made with high quality milk from local farms to ensure the utmost goodness and authenticity of our products.
At our lodge, we also offer direct sales, so our customers can buy our products directly from the source, thus ensuring maximum freshness and quality.
