About 20 years ago, I completed my training as a recognized physiotherapist and then gained my experience in various clinics and practices. These included a practice in St. Gallen, the therapy center in Teufen, Physio Appenzellerland and the Berit Paracelsus-Klinik AG in Speicher. I have always been fascinated by the functions of the musculoskeletal system and it is always a moving moment for me when I can alleviate or eliminate my clients' pain.

In addition to my day-to-day work and family life, I attach great importance to continuing my theoretical education. Among other things, of course, in the methods I work with, but also in specific topics such as the pelvis and lower extremities, diaphragm and liver, kidneys, whiplash, hips and knees, neck, shoulder girdle and upper extremities. At the beginning of 2022, I fulfilled another career dream: to have my own physiotherapy practice. Here I can take as much time for my clients as I see fit. I can treat in my own way and thoroughly investigate the causes. Nevertheless, I am very keen to consult with the respective doctor if necessary or if there are any questions that need to be clarified.

I also find collaboration with other therapists important, as it enriches my work with my clients. Speaking of which, I share the practice with Urs Wieland, a professional masseur. We complement each other perfectly in our field of work and share the same values: personal, competent and effective.
