Dämmtech. Nottwil GmbH became Dämmtech Swiss AG. On August 2, 2018, the company Dämmtech. Nottwil GmbH changed its legal form and name. We are now Dämmtech Swiss AG
"We work with our hands and hearts, but keep our heads in the game."
In 2019 already 20 years of commitment! With the changes we have been planning for some time, we want to look to the future, master the increasing challenges as a team and, of course, maintain our high quality of work.
Drywall construction, plastering, plastering - precise, fast and really good!
We really go the extra mile for you. Since 1999, we have been working with around 40 employees on interior fittings, thermal insulation and fire protection.
What we do for you!
We are the company with the core competencies in the following specialist areas:
- Plastering work
- Drywall construction
- Fire protection cladding
- Ceiling cladding made from plaster
- Acoustic ceilings
- Grid ceilings
- Metal panel ceilings
- Acoustic plaster
- Special insulation
- Plastered external thermal insulation
Specialist areas:
Plastering work
Plastering work mainly involves plastering work or coatings. The purpose of plastering is to provide protection against the negative effects of moisture, heat, fire and sound and to achieve an aesthetic effect that is appropriate for the building and its surroundings.
Plastered external thermal insulation has always had different functions. In the beginning, it was primarily used to improve living comfort.
The advantages of plastered external thermal insulation:
- heating costs can be reduced with a comparatively low, additional layer thickness
- the wall building material can act fully as a heat accumulator
- elimination of thermal bridges in the building envelope
- a significantly reduced risk of cracking
For all these reasons, it is environmentally friendly and therefore plays an important role in Minergie and low-energy construction at relatively low cost
Special insulation
- Fire protection
- Sound insulation
- Moisture insulation
Acoustic plaster
Acoustic plaster has a sound-absorbing effect and improves room acoustics. It is used, for example, for ceiling coatings in conference rooms, school buildings, gymnasiums and corridors.
Stucco
An important technique that has been used for the design of interiors and facades since ancient times.
Drywall construction
Drywall construction does not use any building materials containing water (concrete, plaster) to install the components. Dry construction is generally quicker and usually less expensive than masonry. Building physics requirements regarding heat, cold, sound, fire, moisture, radiation and impact protection can also be met with dry construction.
Ceiling claddings and suspended ceilings made of different materials (plasterboard, gypsum fiber, wood, wood-based materials, metal, plastic, mineral fiber, glass, fiberglass, calcium silicate), shapes and systems as decorative, metal, cassette, grid, lattice, slat and panel ceilings can fulfill various functions (acoustic, light, ventilation ceilings). From the simple, smooth ceiling surface to the acoustic ceiling of an auditorium or concert hall, just like the walls, ceiling constructions also enable thermal insulation, room acoustics optimization and fire protection.
- Ceilings made from plasterboard
- Perforated plasterboard ceilings
- Metal panel ceilings
Grid ceilings
Grid ceilings are removable ceiling systems consisting of ceiling panels and support systems in a fixed grid. The material of the support structure is plastic, aluminum or steel with various coatings. The grid ceiling tiles are placed on profiled support profiles. The pipe systems (electrical, heating, ventilation, etc.) are located under the suspended ceiling construction of the grid ceilings. Grid ceilings can be dismantled and make inspection or maintenance work quick and easy.
Metal panel ceilings
Metal panels in various lengths, widths and colors, made of aluminum or steel.
Fire protection
Fire-prone installations and facilities, especially those with open flames or those with an increased risk, are shielded by various measures.
These include firewalls, fire doors, fire-resistant bulkheads, sheathing, ceiling and wall cladding. Installations and facilities at risk of fire, especially those with open flames or those with an increased risk, are shielded by various measures. These include fire walls, fire doors, fire-resistant bulkheads, sheathing, ceiling and wall cladding.
