The Weder specialty bakery in St. Gallen has existed since 1860, back then under the name Falk. Robert Weder took over the business from his father in 1978 and expanded it considerably. Today, he and his wife Lynn employ 34 people.

In addition to the three branches and the Rösslitor bookshop, the company supplies various canteens, restaurants and bulk buyers. Robert Weder was president of the St. Gallen Association of Master Bakers and Confectioners for many years. The third generation is already at work in the bakery.
