LGH Luginbühl Immobilier Sàrl was founded by Alexandre and Stéphane Luginbühl, two brothers who always dreamed of working together. 
 
Building on their experience, they decided to combine their skills to offer a quality service in the real estate field. 
 
LGH makes it a point of honor to establish a bond of trust with its customers, to advise and support them in the administration of their PPEs, the management of their rental properties or apartments as well as in the context of a transfer to relatives or sale to third parties.

The company offers its services throughout the Canton of Vaud.

STÉPHANE LUGINBÜHL

Stéphane holds a master's degree in law and is admitted to the bar. His area of expertise is real estate in general, with a particular focus on leasehold law, land use planning and land and rural law.  

ALEXANDRE LUGINBÜHL

Alexandre holds a federal diploma in property management and is an assessor judge on the Lavaux-Oron conciliation commission for rental leases. He has been active in the real estate sector for over 15 years, and for the past 6 years has held the position of deputy director of a real estate management company in the Lake Geneva region.
