The Canal Pro Sagl is a young company, expert in the field of duct maintenance, founded after twenty years of solid experience in the field.
Our main objective is to provide a service invented mainly on the quality of the services offered and a 'timely and effective 24/7 assistance, so that we can also provide relief in case of emergencies.
Our company effectively cooperates with both private customers, as well as specialists in the real estate sector, administrations, general contractors, architectural and engineering firms.
The interventions carried out by our company, are distinguished by the ability to ensure that all the activities performed, are carried out in such conditions that meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our customers.
Pipeline Washing - CanalJet
The canal jet is a probe that allows high-pressure water to be sprayed into pipelines to remove scale, unclog and wash pipes. The canal jet, equipped with nozzles of various diameters, is able to unclog limestone, cement, solid deposits, etc. and thus is able to be introduced into any diameter of pipeline and allows for solution services.
The canal-jet flushing allows for solving pipeline clogging problems, should be performed for both emergency extraordinary maintenance and routine maintenance.
Milling
We intervene with experienced personnel and state-of-the-art instrumentation, make sure that , in a single intervention, we can remove the clog and, at the same time, clean the duct walls so that further imminent clogging is averted. We intervene with efficient stasers capable of perfectly cleaning ducts from 30 to 150 mm in diameter and lengths of up to 20 meters; we can guarantee service even in confined spaces and difficult to access, with care and attention, and without causing damage to tiles and sanitary ware.
Video inspection
Video inspection is the technique by which we can view the inside of pipelines with the aim of checking their actual condition.
It mainly serves to detect and locate any structural problems in pipelines with extreme precision.
For problems arising from sewers before carrying out any excavation work, it is important to perform video inspection, in order to know, locate and analyze the real problems of the sewer pipeline with a significant saving of time, cost and inconvenience.
In real time, the operator will have the customer view images related to the inspected pipeline or conduit by reporting and locating the problems found in the inspection phase, and determining the targeted interventions to be carried out for the restoration or rehabilitation of the sewer
With this technique also it is possible to plan and monitor interventions for cleaning or rehabilitation of sewer networks.
Videoinspection can be used to carry out different types of investigation since pipes and ducts of all types, cavities in general, cavities, attics, flues, ducts and conduits for ventilation and air distribution, etc.
Finally, the customer will be issued a paper report containing the state of the pipe with the relevant metrics of any anomalies.
If requested by the customer, a DVD containing footage and photos of the video inspections will also be provided.
It performs sewer video-inspection work with the best technology available in the field with water-resistant cameras capable of detecting even the smallest anomalies and locating them with the technique of videolocalization
Testing of leakage
An additional method of investigation to verify the tightness of the pipelines is achieved through the use of sealing balloons of various sizes, with attached technical report proving the validity of the results obtained. The flasks for carrying out the tests vary from 40 to 1000 mm in diameter.
The leak test carried out on a pipeline of a water system or on a tank or reservoir allows to check for leaks, all in a simple but precise way.
The leak test is one of the verifications that is part of the non-destructive tests carried out by Canal Pro in the leak detection stages and allow to understand whether or not there is a leak in the system under test and possibly also to estimate the volume of the leak.
In principle, all wastewater evacuation systems must be made watertight and must be guaranteed for the entire duration of use.
The functionality, operational safety as well as the watertightness of evacuation systems, whether they are public or private, must be checked regularly. In addition, requirements in groundwater protection zones in accordance with local protection zone regulations are also to be complied with.
Normally, visual examinations, such as visual inspection and video inspections, are insufficient to determine the watertightness of sewers. Only visually, non-tight spots are difficult to recognize, especially near connections between pipes. Sometimes, visual defects can be detected that turn out to be then watertight, which is why leak tests are important.
Restoration
Restoration of pipelines allows the complete functional recovery of existing structures to be carried out, with a technique that allows to intervene in any case, for sections or for the entire development, inside or 'outside of buildings.
Pipe rehabilitation is carried out with the relining technique by extrusion, inside the pipe, of sheaths impregnated with thermosetting resin and maintained under pressure for the perfect adhesion of the same to the walls of the conduit, until the resin is completely hardened.
The conduit consists of a tubular polyester fabric, with characteristics of deformability and easy adaptation to different sizes from the initial one, coupled on one side with thermoadhesive film, thus suitable to confer the continuity and impermeability of the relining.
The prevailing property of a sheathing is its flexibility, which allows for the rehabilitation of pipes with the presence of bends even at 90° as well as ensuring perfect adaptation to any changes in size.
The thickness of the final relining is extremely small so that the repair does not constitute a reduction in the inner diameter of the pipe.
Self-purging
Canal Pro Sagl is able to intervene for the purging of sewers, pumping wells, septic tanks, separators and gritters, roadside drains, for the unclogging and cleaning of civil and industrial sewers, through the use of high-pressure hydrodynamic machinery.
Intervenes in any type of situation and place, even in the restricted urban spaces where it is difficult to place vehicles and equipment
